- A.No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments that A PART either leases or is mandated to lease from property owners.
- Q.What are the advantages of staying with A PART rather than a hotel?
- A.There are cost advantages with staying in our apartments. On average our rates are 30 % to 50% less than deluxe hotels. Apartments provide you with more space and privacy than hotel rooms. Our kitchens provide you with an alternative to high priced room service meals and an at Home atmosphere for cooking or entertaining.
- Q.What is included in the apartment rent?
- A.All prices include utilities (gas, electric, local telephone calls), taxes, Cable TV , Internet connection, housekeeping once a week. Additional services are available at extra fees.
- Q.How are the apartments equipped?
- A.The kitchens are fully equipped. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens and towels. Each apartment comes with a television with cable , CD/Stereo , a telephone ( in-going calls and local calls), an iron and ironing board , a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
- Q.Are there Laundry facilities?
- A.All apartments are equipped with a washing machine, and most of them a washer / dryer.
- Q.Is there housekeeping service? If not, what does it cost?
- A.Housing keeping services are provided as an additional service if requested for more than once a week.
- Q.How do I get the keys to the apartment?
- A.Someone will be waiting for you in the apartment. Instructions on how to get to the apartment will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
- Q.What is the check-in and out time?
- A.Unless otherwise indicated, check in and check out time is done at your desired time.
- Q.How may I pay for my reservation?
- A.Wire transfers as well as all major credit cards are accepted. Security deposit can be paid in cash or traveller's checks upon arrival.
